Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

As there are so many variables it would take too long to give a complete answer.

Check with your solicitor in about a week.

Have you been told anyting about the buyer's finances?

At least 4 weeks I would say, but could be faster if your lucky but I would expect it to be at least that long anyway, depends really on how long it will take to draw up the contracts and get the last few searches done on the property.

The buyer has the money availible or so they said as i turned down people who had to go through mortgage process, solicitors will probaly take ages to justify there extortionate fees

if a bank has your deeds in a valut somewhere, it might take a week to get the deeds of the house to the new owners bank.

It did for me and AIB were they cause of the delay.
