Hi, Im looking intot he fair deal.I thought the 5% per annum paid for the first 3 years was on HALF the value of the home, as its a joint home, so the person going into the nursing home, only ownes half.Can anyone clear this up for me please.Thanks Cathy

If the person your careing for goes into a nurseing home, for how long after can you claim the careres allowance.
