Poker In Cork?????

    Hey guys I will turn 18 In December, and Need a place to start playing poker, please don't try to tell me how to play poker because I know how to and I know that I need money bla bla bla, ;D Just tell me where is there live Sit n go, cash games and MTT are held? Can you also tell me Street name or where the place is and most important what are the blinds/stakes and minimum buy in.

    PS. No Limit Hold'em

    Sorry. There is no NLH games in Cork. Limit Razz & Stud Hi/Lo are popular there though. Best of luck.

    What, no NLH in cork, did you just assume that!? Yes there is!!

    You can play in the Macau on Patricks Quay, or the Bank Casino off a side street of the south mall.

    You need to be members of both places to play, as they are both technically private card clubs and regulations have gotten tighter recently. You can go in some time during the evening though, usually after 6/before 11ish and register as a member with some form of ID, there might be a small charge to register. Free to enter then after that as far as I know.

    I'm not familiar enough with the blinds, but they are usually low, 1/2 euro maybe, you can probably get more info on their websites.
