Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If someone trespasses on my land by cordoning off a piece of it and putting a fence or wall round it why can i not just go knock it down?

That suggests that someone said you couldn't.

OP , you would need to provide more detail than you have for anyone to give you an even half-educated answer.

IANAL, but am I to assume someone has put up a boundary wall and called the land inside it theirs? You should get the documents that state what land is yours, and go though the proper legal channels, or they may sue you for damage to their property. Remember seeing something like this in the "Accommodation & Property" forum, when someones neighbour had put up a wall within their land.

Well, if it was poles and fencing, you could uproot it and give it back to said trespasser. Unassemblable brick walls might be a little more tricky...

Go to court with evidence that it has been built on your land and the judge will instruct the neighbour to remove the wall and build it on his own land.

    Dead easy.
