What could be up with my broadband?

It's started to occasionaly crash, i.e not load web pages from time to time. Don't see any reason why it should. This is the ping test http://www.pingtest.net/result/63042403.png

pretty disgusting alright, call your broadband provider and get the line checked is a good start to ruling things out
