Jacinta, Charlene, Chanel, Pocahontas(I kid you not ), Jlo, Kelis(Which is totally idiotic as the singer Kelis is called Kelis due to her dad being kevin and her mom lisa :rolleyes:), Savannah, Treasure, Princess, Neveah, Eboneek(Yes, spelt this way I was watching Maury... 'nuff said ) and Destiny(wtf calls their kid DESTINY ).

What ever happened to names like Emma or Charlotte?
You know names that don't sound like "Oooh that sounds interesting let's call our child after a grassland ecosystem characterized by the trees being sufficiently small or widely spaced so that the canopy does not close." or "Oh! Lets spell Heaven backwards to create a cool and original name, ignoring the fact that our child may hate and/or get a whole load of cr*p from people!!.

Seriously sometimes I feel like I'm in a Terry Pratchett novel when I hear some of the names :rolleyes:

There was an elderly woman interviewed on American TV about her name - Dot Comm. Only became noteworthy from the 90s onwards! Strange how certain names can be perfectly normal early on in life and then take on a whole new meaning. I'm sure there were plenty of Adolfs in the early to mid 1900s as well.
