Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Olympic Triathlon Training Plan??

hey guys just lookin for a bit of advice -
fairly new to tri (have done a sprint [1:15], a few aquathlons and last summer's H.I.M in galway[5:35]) but was aiming for an olympic at the end of this season.

have obviously lost a bit of speed after the long distance training of last summer but was hoping to do a 2:30 time for the olympic.

So with that in mind i was trying to track down a training plan that might direct me towards that particular finish time (as is done with many marathon training plans)- do these exist for triathlons or, in their absence, what sort of plan would you recommend to reach that mark (i.e. in terms of percentage mix of speed work, endurance etc.....)

    many thanx
