Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

CV and Cover Letter

    Hi,
This is probably a stupid question but if an advertisement states to apply to a school by CV but does not mention a cover letter do you still write a cover letter? If so, how long should the cover letter be?
Also, I saw another ad that did say include cover letter and it said address applications to the secretary of the BOM. Should I find out the secretary's name and address the letter to them?
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
    Thanks!

Always send a cover letter with your CV. Start it off with "To whom it may concern". It sholud be about 3/4 of a page long at least.
