We believe that developers should have the freedom to price their games how they like, without interference from the online stores that sell the games. Why? Because it allows us to promote our games more freely, as we are doing here! We rely on the ability to promote our games for our livelihood and control over pricing is an important tool for this purpose.
For the last week of May (May 24 through June 1) our games will be deeply discounted to celebrate online stores that give us control over pricing: The App Store, Google Play, Steam, and a few others.

Cool will be picking up a few of those steam games, although thanks to the indie bundles and steam sales I have most of them!

love how the Xbox Live and Ps Store aren't mentioned - because from what i hear they absolutely shaft developers trying to put their games there.

Yeah, i think they're having some teething problems, when you click on their link, it doesn't always bring up the price advertised, but when it does, it usually has a small sentence advertising the "becausewemay" site and sale.
It's only early morning over in the States, maybe it'll be fixed later..


But comes up as €8.99 like you said..

The "Direct" option doesn't seem to have the reductions appearing yet either.

I'd say they will in a couple of hours.
