    Reportedly been removed as manager, but will stay at the club, on the same salary as he had as manager.

    If it's true then they're snakes doing it on the night of the Champions League final and just after the deadline for the Sunday papers. Won't make any of the headlines.

    Not surprised to see him still at the club though. The Venkys don't know enough about anything really to get rid of him completely.

    Maybe they just cant afford to sack him so a case of keep him on the pay role cleaning cups.

    He will be called DOF or some other boardroom role, his job will be meaningless and he will ride out his contract until it expires and then leave a rich man, and why the hell shouldnt he, the owners were stupid enough to give him a long contract.

    Being honest, I wouldn't take it away from him. He has taken an enormous amount of abuse for doing a job he was only thrown in at the deep end to do anyway...

    Maybe so but he has acted like a fool at times. Coming out and saying during the week that it's an exciting time for Blackburn wasn't the smartest move from him.
