    Hi there,

just wondering if you can tell me do you have to hangup after 60 minutes on the Unlimited Plans?

I have been told that if a call lasted for 65 minutes some or all would be charged despite being on an unlimited package.

    Cheers,

    Darren.

    Hi Darren,

I can advise that provided your call is no longer than 59 minutes length you will not be charged for the call.

So you are charging for calls over 59 minutes length or what?

How does that work when you are on an unlimited plan? Doesn't make any sense.

Can you give a link to the terms and conditions that contain this information please as I have looked and cannot find it.

    Thanks

    Good Point Mum.

BT established that an 'unlimited' call 'meant' 59 mins quite a few years back but I never saw it mentioned in any eMobile documentation.

The AD for Unlimited shown on the telly this evening stated in the small print that Unlimited = 45,000 minutes a month and there was no mention of any per call limit.

As there are only 44k minutes in a 31 day month the limit is therefore set at a level which is impossible to reach IF you hang up..eat or sleep. :D

I could do with an update on this also as I was thinking about signing up.

I'm with meteor and they cut you off after two hours which is ok because at least your not watching the clock all the time!

    Hi Guys
I have clarified this with pricing the need to hang up after 59 minutes was only applicable to prepay and not to bill pay customers.
If you are being charged as a bill pay customer please let m eknow.
