UPVC door hinge

Hiya. I have double doors out from the conservatory. Standard white UPVC. One of the hinges just snapped and is putting pressure on the other 2. I'd rather not contact the fella who installed it. I'm in North Dublin. Any idea where I can get just the hinge? Attached a picture to show what I'm after. Your typical hardware…
