What was the occasion? (Sorry if daft question!)

    no, not daft Heidi.

It was a Prince's Trust concert in 1987. Prince Charles just called in a few of the big guns to raise a few quid for his charity. Everyone was a winner :).

Although Lady Lapin left with the third bottle when she saw Sinead O'Connor.

I think she's gone to join the priesthood. :)

Jeff Lynne is the guy with the mop of hair on the second acoustic guitar... They used to play together in The Travelling Wilburys.. George used play with loads of different musicians..

    Sad Story.

All my Lp's were stolen about ten years ago after a house move. I'm still not over it yet. I think my soul was stolen then. So will someone put some vintage Horslips on.....:)

And (or have I had too much wine as well!) that was John Hume pumping his fist near the end? Powerful stuff.

We enjoyed the show. Liam Neeson went down well with the other half, Sinead O'Connor lookin nicer than ever, Daniel O'Donnell always holding his own, he would be a good host on the LLS himself, and Tubs telling Nell to be quiet a mo while Daniel spoke back. She wasn't even being a bother.
