BTEA exemptions?

I am currently completing phase 6 elec with Fas and was let go from work at the start of april. I have little or no prospects of a job when i finish fas and I want to go back to do a level 7 course in sept. I wouldnt be able to do it without BTEA and would probably be on the dole anyway if i dont qualify. Are there any…
