    Hi
I'm looking for a gaming pc/laptop with prefreably the following specs-

    Intel i7 processor
    1gb dedicated graphics card
    6gb ram
    500gb+ HD

I seen a acer laptop for €649 with those specs but just wondering are they good enough specs for say battlefield 3 and is ther better options out there?

    Thanks in advance :)

For gaming the main thing to look out for is the speed of the graphics card.

But its one thing you've left out of your spec. But that graphics card will dictate the whole machine.

If it is for gameing you would be better of with an i5 and a good graphics card over an i7 and an ok graphics card an i7 will be no better then an i5 when it come's to playing games.

    Processor - Intel Core i7 2670QM - 2 GHz
    RAM - 6 GB
    Hard Drive - 640 GB
    Graphics - NVIDIA GeForce GT-540M - 1GB
Operating System - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
    Optical Drive - DVD Rewriter
    Webcam - Integrated 1.3MP HD
    USB Slots - 3 x USB 2.0
Card Reader - 5 in 1 Built In

Nice lappy but GPU could be better however if you can grab that for 650 yoyos
    I'd say go for it.:)

When you mentioned a gaming pc,I'd say your best bet would be to Pc building/upgrading forum or order one from Amazon.de
