Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Purchasing a 2nd hand iPhone, question about sim card?

    Thinking of buying a second hand iPhone 3g/3gs from a reputable irish website.

    I currently have a cheap android with Vodafone.

    Excuse my naivety but when the iPhone's are advertised saying 'unlocked to any network' it means it will accept my Vodafone sim, right?

    Or if another says Vodafone only, it will accept my android sim, right?

    Its just ive a vague memory of swapping sim's wit friends on the same network/make of phone, and not being allowed to use the phone to its full capacity, which is a mistake u don't want to make with a iPhone, I mean who buys it really for calling and txtin!

    If it's unlocked it should work with a sim from any network. You probably know this anyway, but if you're getting an iPhone 4 you'll need to change your sim for a micro-sim (it's much smaller than the regular one). You can usually change them free of charge with your network provider.
