    The one I'd be interested in there is Rio's Girl, purely with my coursing hat on. She ran well in the Select Bitch Stake in Limerick (beaten by the winner in the semi final) and won a trial stake in Ballingar earlier in the year. One I'd be expecting big things from next season in All Age Bitch stakes.

    She was only a July pup out of Ballymac Meave and the Safety Leader/ Shauns Dilemma dam line. Couple of litter brothers have put in 106 and 103 rated times over 400 yards in Dundalk. The old Matthews connection might get the best out of her for a round or two.

    In saying all that she's only raced twice and hasn't put in any overly impressive times. 1000/1 might rate her chances about right though.

    First round will tell a tale. Always find form for the Oaks hard to read
