    Can you request a copy of your original mortgage agreement from your lender ?

    I seem to have lost mine.

    You can, or alternatively your solicitor who handled the purchase should have a copy of the loan offer on file

    I'm with Ulster Bank. I rang them up and they sent it out think it took about a week.
