It is indeed. I recognised it was your one when I saw it pop up over on adverts. Was only €30. Couldn't pass it up at that price.

I was in Gamestop today and there was nothing that interested me in terms of current gen games!
I will pick up Madworld for the fiver, but there is no shortage of those about.
It's a bit mental though, is modern gaming rubbish, to paraphrase Blur?

Get the US version of Madworld. Madworld has an awful PAL conversion.

Modern gaming isn't rubbish but today's mainstream games just don't interest me at all.

I'm too long in the tooth to leap at an Aliens themed videogame without seeing a review first.
I've been disappointed with everything aside from the AvP games on the PC, the arcade game and the recent DS title, the rest AvP on the 360 and, memorably, on the Jag, were dung.
Bioshock Infinite looks great but, again, I'll wait for a review, and a review from a magazine without the word "Official" in the title, the reviewers seem to write whatever copy the reps give them in those mags!

I agree, AVP2 on the PC is one of my all time favourite games! I will wait for a review but I have hopes

I would be extremely surprised and disappointed if Bioshock Infinite is a load of balls. But stranger things have happened...unfortunately

Re: Thunderforce II, I was familiar with the series, at that time up to III, back in the day and was anxious for some Shmuppy action.
I took myself off to the local games counter in the drapers in Sligo town, I kid you not, and the only Thunderforce title in stock was the second one, so I threw my punts on the counter and snaffled it home....



WTF!

What was this 8 way scrolling, overhead crap???

Sure, there was some horizontally scrolling fun to be had, but punctuated with extended time in overhead shooter land!!!

So, brought that mother back, oh yes!

And was told that there were no returns....

Thunderforce IV though, that piece of arcade awesomeness had no business being that cool on a 16 bit console.

If you're sticking a Mame PC in the cab then just emulate the MD, works great, well for some games anyway. PCEngine emulation works very well too.

Resistance 3 was an enjoyable enough romp, haven't tried Killzone 3 but I assume its similar to Killzone 2 with some extra brown thrown in.

I must say, I found the Resistance series to be the bigger brown-fest, rather than Killzone, and speaking of which, Killzone 2 and 3 are veritable works of genius compared to the fetid pile of stinking pus that was the first title in the Killzone franchise.

A custom universal kick harness solution for my Atomiswave courtesy of FrancoB.

This cable taps buttons 4 and 5 from the jamma harness via a pass through and button 6 from a cab specific cable.



Then individual kick harnesses connect to the above. One per kick harness type.
These are a few cables for my mk boards.

After my disappointment at being sniped for Tatsunoko vs Capcom with the stick, I said feck it and bought the stand alone game this morning for €12 posted and also got a crappy arcade stick by Logic 3 for less than a tenner posted, gods bless parcel motel!
I figure I'll pick up the official Wii stick somewhere down the road.
I'm sure Gamestop have one lying around, somewhere!

Was that from a seller called sammilliemeglan? If so, apologies for the snipe...!

Ended up getting a few bits off him for cheaper postage... Really regret not getting 2 of the sticks when they were being flogged off for 20 quid new (iirc) on zavvi.

Doesn't seem to bad when it's a local who got it!
I wonder if the game will be worth something later, now that Nintendo won't be able to publish any more, presumably that includes a launch via WiiU e-shop.

Hopefully, it's been getting slightly pricier since that announcement it couldn't be reprinted anyway...

Seems to be the only decent fighter of note on the wii also!

The stick is nice, connects to the WiiU as well, works well with Tekken apparently.
