Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

THREE MEN WHO were found guilty of a ‘tiger kidnapping’ in 2009 have had their convictions overturned by the Court of Criminal Appeal and are to face a retrial.
Jason Kavanagh, Mark Farrelly and Christopher Corcoran were all found guilty of falsely imprisoning the family of a Securicor van driver and forcing him to hand over more than €2 million from the company.
Kavanagh and Farrelly were jailed for 25 years while Corcoran was sentenced to 12 years.
The Court of Criminal Appeal today ruled that their convictions “could not stand” because the evidence used during the trial was obtained from warrants which the court found to be invalid.
