Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

problem with sound when using video in camera app

Don't know if anyone has seen this before, tried a search for it and couldn't find anything.
The problem I'm having is when I'm shooting video through the camera app and play it back I have very low sound if none at all. I have no problem making calls or when I use the voice memo app I have no problem. So it isn't a hardware problem. I'm making sure my hand are not covering any of the hole.
I tried a reboot, still no luck. Then I tried a restore, still the same. Any suggestions. Seems to be a software glitch. It's an IPhone 4.
    Thx

i had similar with my iphone 4 but the sound was also muffled like the wind was blowing in voice memo's, perfect for calls though, try a facetime call

found the problem after doing a bit more research.
The Mic for the camera is separate to the one you use for calls etc.. Its beside the headphone jack socket. Its the very small hole beside it.
I got a safety pin and unclogged some dirt from it and back to normal. Make sure not to force pin in as you can damage the mic.
    Happy days :D
