Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

When I was a nipper my granny used to give me either flat lucozade or 7up when I was sick.
Any truth in it that it makes ya better? Why did people used to drink it flat when feeling ill?

well lucozade has changed its tack on that. it has rebranded itself as a sports drink. dont think it likes being associate with people being sick. I doubt having it flat does sweet fu*k all. put it down to crazy old irish women.

Its about sugar replenishment for the body when ill with the scuts or a stomach bug. Its flat to make it easier on the tummy.

Some people prefer flat coke and the flat 7 up is also good for babys with trapped wind .
