Wind screening a patio

As the thread title suggests, am looking to put a wind shield around the pation on 3 sides as especially today we are being blown off the patio.

am looking at a variety of options but where on earth to get these items or price them is a challenge, perhaps one of you knows where to get this stuff or have done a similar job.
House is a bungalow with 2 metre high walls but wind is being funnelled down the drive and ito the garden so also looking to screen off the mesh fence and gate as well. I want the patio shield at least 1.5 to 2 m high

Here are some items I have looked at. What I would like to get are those screens you see outside the street cafes which have a glass / perspex top part and plastic / steel bottom panel but do not know who sells or makes those things.

they had windbreakers in Aldi recently for 10 Euro,Cheap option while the sun is shining
