    What with both the GAA and the soccer going great, it's time we started getting more people out supporting the good work being done!

    Let's talk about all things sporty in Longford! Will the Town go up? How far will the county get in Leinster?

    The county are going to win the all Ireland. If we get Hughie Anthony in at half forward to ping balls into martin gert we will be unstoppable

    The town are going to go up this year. Whether they can stay there or not is another story. Really need to get more people into Flancare park and generate a bit more revenue.

    I've a fiver on Longford to win the Leinster, don't really think its goin to happen this year, but it'd be great to see them challenge and even beat the top teams, a bit like the way armagh seemed to punch above their weight for a long time.
