Speeding fineS!

I received 2 parking fines in the post, same day.:mad:

Both to and from my destination.

I'm so angry because I got warning from several cars, all of whom were so nice to warn me well in advance. I immediately slowed down when I saw the first warning from oncoming car. Turns out, it was almost 2 miles later when I actually past the hidden camera van.

I remember I slowed down to under 60mph (that was the limit in the area).

So would someone please tell me how I can still get 2 parking fines saying I was doing 70 on way over, and 76 on way back?? I just don't understand. I am pretty certain I slowed down to limit, yet how can I prove this? They have a picture of my registration on the fine.

I recall a guy winning in court before for being wronged with same fines, but I don't want to go down that road, nor do I have time or money to do it.

Has anyone suggestions? €160 is a lot of money for 2 fines

So, you were speeding, got flashed, and still got caught....twice....by the same camera.

This must be a piss take.

2 seperate offences. TBH you passed a Gatso twice and got caught twice, you really need to start taken notice of the road and not people flashing you. Maybe these people where not flashing to warn you, be to point out you where going to fast?

BTW, that's 4 points and €160.00, that's probably why your angry.

If you were doing the kind of speeds that you were still doing over 70mph when you slowed down, then you deserve what you got.

Also there's a little dial on your dash with loads of numbers on it, and a hand like off a clock. It tells you how fast you're going.no need to guess at all!!!
