Hello, My oven will not heat up on the first setting-oven with fan- I can hear the fan going but no heat, all the other programs work, has anyone had the same problem and if so do they know what the problem is. Many thanks

Happened to me. It's most likely the element gone. Got a replacement from someone in Bray. It was a while ago now though. Let me see if I can find contact details.

EDIT: sorry, I can't find it. Although mine was a Gourmet Pride anyway. They may not stock the one you need.
