Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi Folks
Just wondering if some of you may be able to help me out with a quick question.
I am planning on taking up a bit of bjj now in the summer that i have a bit of time. i was looking at some of the prices for bjj gis and they all seem to be above the €100 mark. im fairly stuck for cash at the moment and for the forseeable future but i noticed that the judo suits are cheaper. would a judo suit be ok for the bjj training?
Any info or help would be very appreciated
    Thanks.

Yes - there are some differences in the cut between judo gis and bjj gis, but it's much of a muchness.

Tatami do a gi for under €100 called the Nova. I'd have to say it's the best value gi I've seen on the market.

Cuts vary with the judo gis, and if you're looking at €35-€50 fare don't be surprised when it stretches. A couple of my lads bought those and they ended up looking like wizards.
