Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

i work as a locum pharmacist. i get paid through PAYE.
I only realised lately that i am entitles to 8% holiday pay for each day worked.
I have not been getting this.
How far back can i go to reclaim this? is there a time limit?

I presume standard contract statute of limitations applies which is six years.

The 8% pay is a legal entitlement, not a contractual one so that standard statute of limitations doesn't apply afaik.

    Edit:
    Example
A more extreme example, but his entitlements were awarded to him nine years after they were earned.

I imagine the OP is entitled to claim this payment for all of the time he has been working for his employer.
