Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey thought I should post about my experience with these so far as i've seen some of the negative publicity that they've received on here. Before anyone asks i'm not associated with them I just can't believe the difference in the treatment i've received compared to what people have been posting. I bought a voucher off someone out of sheer curiosity and the chance of getting a good deal. Firstly they answered the phone within a couple of seconds. Girl was nice and advised what treatments could and could not be done together. She then said goodbye and Thank You "my name", which doesn't match the whole in/out only a number scenario that's been portrayed. I then realised my appointment was a week and a half after the voucher expires. I phoned back and the girl said that's no problem they have extended the voucher. Positive experience so far, will be interesting to see how my treatment goes.

    Went for my appointment on Friday and fair enough I was about twenty minutes late but no need for the appalling treatment I received. They had cancelled my 1 hour massage and eyebrow trio, and I was basically told tough luck. They have no concept of customer service. Got my shellac done and medi-pedi but the pedicure was a joke, they put a bit of scrub on my feet, rinsed and applied a bit of cream. I had been told that they were extending the voucher until the 20th but when I asked about booking in for the treatments they'd cancelled I was told my voucher had expired and there was nothing they could do. Then some young one decides to pipe up and tell me how I was late etc etc. €50 voucher to get my nails painted basically plus the hassle of trekking in to town, an absolute disgrace.
