Equipment for recording original songs at home

I have an electric guitar and amp. I have a PC. What would I need to get to be able to mix guitar tracks together and also have add vocals and drum tracks? How Much money would be needed for a low end setup? I guess I would need a mic and some sort of mixer but what connects it all to the PC and whats the best way of doing…
