Hi folks any anyone know how small one can get these? Needed for uplighters in patio, the plan is to first fix for lights and fit these boxes, then come back and do connections in the boxes when fitting lights. The box would then obviously need to fit through the hole for connections?? Thanks in advance for any help!! :)

Wazzer, have a read at this regarding the IP ratings of the boxes, and whats appropriate for your job.

Personally I would not use this type of junction box outdoors (even though it is IP rated).
In my opinion it is suitable for indoor applications such as down lighters, but not much beyond that. IP rated glands can not be used with them and the lids tend to fall off.

    I would prefer this type.
