Hmm let's see how a thread like this works. Anyway for the first post I'd like to let people know that ATB podcast with its host Kat Bailey is back on 1up. The first episode might be Western RPG focused but the podcast is well worth a listen.

It never got released in Europe. It's a fine strategy rpg, one of the few good games level 5 made, but nothing amazing. As with all level 5 games the story and writing aren't great. On the other hand it's a very simple and compelling srpg that's a bit like Vandal Hearts but not quite as good.

I've been playing Unicorn Overlord. About 15 hours in. Really good so far. Love the art style. Combat is kind of automatic, based on initiative and different skills depending on class. There's more customisation of how units behave that you can tweak but I haven't drilled too deep into that side of things yet.
