No clue what the cipher stuff is all about, Google uses harder tests in its recruitment process. Also this isn't spycraft, its signals intelligence, which while a vital element in national awareness is about as far from James Bond as you're likely to get. Unfortunately nobody manually figures out this stuff any more, that's why the NSA has acres of computing power dedicated to cracking codes. The trick is in the algorithms. Nice touch with the Olympic stadium in the background though.
