Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ok so I'm no IT wizz.
When I open my email it displays whether I should display all content. I need to switch to viewing http instead of https but don't know how. Plus when I click on google it says 404 not found.
Any simple advice would be appreciated.
    My pc is circa 2005.

What browser are you using to check? Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome?

Tried that too, still not working. I've tried pretty much everything I can think of. Do appreciate the advice though.

Have you tried Chome or firefox? Also look at these steps on using "Compatibility Mode" in IE8

still not working. Must be something pretty bad wrong. All I can think is I accessed google mail from my phone and this must have caused a security problem. Google mail is coming up as not being able to connect. Google search is 404 not found.
It is running a lot faster though.

Have you checked to make sure Proxy settings are not set in internet explorer settings/internet options as this will efect all browsers.

Make sure they are turned off.

Not sure why you necro'd this thread and didn't just start a new one.
Remove the HP Support assistant from Programs & Features
