    How do you tell a neighbour to get their alarm fixed?? The dog constantly sets off the PIR in the back room ... It's one of those alarms no one takes seriously any more ....

    Hmmm .... I gave her a company's ;) recommendation there tonight but she said a friend of hers looks after it .... Yet he's been there twice and no avail of a solution .and its such an easy fix!!

    He may need to change the setting in the detector.
    Check the lens to see if the lens cover is blocking enough.
    If it is facing something the pet can climb on it will activate also.
