Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How long does illness/injury benefit take to come through?

I had an accident at work on the 17th of may. The doctor signed me off work for 2 weeks and I handed my first cert into the social welfare office on the 18th. I handed my second cert in on the 25th but I still haven't recieved any payment. As I am paid in arrears, I got full pay last week but this week I'll only be getting…

I handed my second cert in on the 25th but I still haven't recieved any payment. As I am paid in arrears, I got full pay last week but this week I'll only be getting half pay (the illness benefit should cover the rest) but I'm a bit worried that I haven't gotten anything from them yet as my rent is due and I'm worried as I have rent and bills due next week. How long does it usually take to come through?

i was out of work starting 7th of may due to illness. got cheque today. there are 3 days for which you wont get paid, waiting days. im paid at the rate of 188 per week. hope this helps
