    Large 11 litre watering cans with large shower heads on sale in Supervalue at the moment for 6 euro each.

    Bit of a bargain me thinks.

    Bought 2 of them this morning.:)

    Homebase want 14 euro for a 10 litre watering can without a shower head on it.:(

    So its a "no brainer" to pay 6 euro for an 11 litre watering can.:D

    I rang killester and the girl on the phone said they only get them in start of summer. She was very helpful, she checked the stores, none left.

    A Watering can is also a pretty handy tool for non organic veg gardeners for spreading top up artificial fertilizer treatments in between the rows of crops such Leeks and Celery. Just pour the fertilizer into the dry watering can and remove the trickle head and walk at a steady pace between the rows with the can head tilted down. Avoid splashing fertilizer on the plants as it will burn the plants.

    Now reduced to a silly price of 3 euro now.

    Yep,thats 3 EURO for an 11 litre watering can.

    Bought another 5 of them today.:D

    Not as good value I know, but Aldi are selling 9ltr watering cans for 4.99.
