22 yr old needs help to lose more stones than wanting to admit!

After many failed attempts to lose weight and get in shape, and with no money for the gym, I am wondering if anyone is interested in walking with me. I need the motivation, someone to chat to, who maybe is in a similar unfit state like myself, and we can help each other.

And maybe if one than one person is interested we could do a walking group thingie. Would be nice to meet new people in the area too... :)

    Based in the city center.

Would be great if you could get a couple of folks together for it.

Given there's running groups it stands to reason why not a walking group,

Definitely up for some walking buds :) Not ready for the big leagues yet, *waves fist* damn the running groups and there fancy speed...

We all gotta start somewhere, and I'm starting by sitting on my bum in front of the computer :)

If people are interested, let me know...

True, but not a responsibility I can take on at the moment, unfortunately!

Are you new to the area? You could try starting an actual walking group, aside from boards maybe put up a flyer in your local shop or something? I'm sure with the Summer weather you'll get some interest

I presume you can use it even if you're not a member of the gym?
