Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    :S

is there a customer support email i can send ? probably not as i'd imagine
this is a scam to get more money.

iTunes is most definitely not a scam, my friend. It is used by hundreds of millions of people and record companies daily.

Contact Apple on the helpline. Google 'Apple Ireland phone number' to find it

I suggest before you go throwing out accusations of scams that you double check what exactly you are doing and get your facts right. Apple did not get to where it is today by scamming people.

You can look at your history in iTunes. It is extremely unusual for it not to appear, so double-check. In there, you will see a button titled "Report Problem". Start there.
