Canon hj40x14 super telephoto lens stolen!!

    In the early hours of wednesday the 30th of May, camera equipment was stolen from my house and car. The kit is all serial numbered and marked, very specialist and will be impossible to sell on. The kit is used to film wildlife. The main items missing are two cameras, a Sony PMW EX1 and a canon 5D mkII, along with a very specialist lens called a Canon HJ 40X14 super telephoto lens. The Gards are doing a full investigation and a crime scene investigation has been undertook and results are still pending. If you have any information or come across any equipment there will be a reward for the safe return and it goes without saying it will be of huge personal relief to get the items back. If you have any information or find any of the items and are interested with the financial reward please contact me as soon as possible.

    do ya have any pics of the gear to post up - especially the lens (so we migt recognise it)

    Also - where in the country are you?
