Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Would any French teacher familiar with the leaving cert corrections of written expression, or any LC students/college students... be willing to correct French work of mine? Just a few essays...my teacher hasn't a clue and I'm worried about this section? Much appreciated!

I wonder if the lack of responses so far might be attributable to the petulant 'my teacher hasn't a clue' and manifest lack of humility this implies. How do you know anyone here would be up to your vaulted assessment of teaching skills?

In what was is "my teacher hasn't a clue" petulant? I'm simply stating that he doesn't! He's just out of college and only done french as part of his degree. And how is it clear that I have a lack of humility? Seriously? I don't think much of my teacher, nor does anyone in my class. You don't know me and if you had nothing helpful to say why bother posting that?

Everyone can have their own opinions. My opinion is that your grammar needs to be improved.

Saying your teacher hasn't a clue about French is both insensitive and unnecessary. Coming onto a teaching forum and saying that, is rather naive and idiotic.

I actually can't believe what I'm reading here. The OP was looking for help. You might not agree with the way he was asking for help but if you have a problem with a post you need to report it rather than posting on thread.

As it happens, this is not what this forum us for so I'm going to lock it. OP, you could try asking another French teacher in your school.
