I hate the fact that a lottery jackpot can be so immense. There should be a restriction on how large a sum of a roll-over can reach and any excess should be put to good causes.

There was a queue of about 15 people buying tickets in a shop at lunchtime. It actually made me a little sad seeing it. How many of those people will have tortured themselves today, convincing themselves that they had a chance of winning the big one, and then being depressed when they completely unsurprisingly don't? The whole thing rather absurd.

I'd also make sure my mates and family members that I actually like are financially sorted forever!
