Identify my BIOS Chip Please

Ref my other post per lost HD, I'm having some success I tried swapping PCB boards and one drive came back but not another, so I need to try and swap the Bios chip. It's an eight pin chip and should be the only one on the PCB: I have two: Hitachi Ultrastar: U7 or U5 BTW, this is my 'Fukishima'
