unblock-us - RTE player not working

Just wondering if anyone else has been having problems with unblock-US and RTE player? On the ipad/iphone Program thumbnails are showing up but most of them have no "play now" button! Also a lot of programs missing entirely - Everything works fine on my original DNS. On the laptop it frequently gets stuck on the yellow…

I emailed unblock-us - they say it's working fine for them
