Strange anomoly on Radar over the River Shannon

    the centre of that circle is the shannon radar transmitter, so what you are seeing is coming from the radar, not little green men or a 60 mile wide water spout....

    maybe a tuning fault in the radar

    But seriously, the most common cause of interference is wifi systems. They usually cause straight lines though, but can occasionally cause some circular patterns. It is centred directly over Shannon airport, so definitely some kind of interference.
