Please follow the process as set out in the guidelines.

Contact the Mod in question first.

Once you've done that, if you haven't sorted out the issue or still disagree with the Moderator's stance, then post back here with a link to the post which gave rise to your ban and why you think you shouldn't have been banned.

Until then there'll be no progress on this DRP thread.
