Canal Road Plaque

    Hi,

    Just wondering if anybody knows what this plaque listing years on Canal Road is about? Seems to be on a Simon Community building called Hazelwood House.

    I passed it today in a car but have no idea what it's about and couldn't find anything after a quick online search.

    I'm sure someone will be able to answer definitively but I was told it was related to an art installation and not connected to the house/ing at all.
