where to buy cheap clothes?

hi , my mother drop from size 20 to 12-16,so now iam looking where to buy lots of clothes for small money,can be second hand aswell,becouse she need everthing change,she even check my wardrobe and use some of my clothes,wich i didnt use anymore.s
