Skylight leak

I got a few drops of water comming in from my skylight over the weekend. I think it was because the roof was water logged and it seeped past the seanant on the skylight. Whats the best way to reseal it. ie: remove and reseal the lot or just add a bead of seanant. Whats sealant is used on these? It's the big skylight about…

It's the big skylight about 28" x 20" at a guess.

Or should I get a professional to do it?
