hosting with blacknight but audience in different country

    Hi There,

    I currently have a client that enquired before purchasing hosting with you that when hosting with blacknight and blacknight domain (.co.nz) there would be no issues on speed for the New Zealand audience of the website.

    Now that the website is up and running there are many complaints of very slow load times. What can we do?

    You'd need to get more information about the perceived slowness eg. traceroutes etc., from people so that our network team can diagnose any potential issues.

    If you can get that information please share it directly with our helpdesk team
